Machined parts to your print
Milled and turned components produced from solid stock to your drawing or model. Replacement parts for equipment already in service, new parts for machines you're building, fixtures and tooling, or the component you've been struggling to source at a sensible price.
If you can describe it on a drawing, send it. If you only have the old part, send a photo — we can work from that too.
Any quantity
A single piece, a prototype batch, or ongoing production. Small and one-off jobs are welcome; we don't turn work away for being small.

Finishes
As-machined, or finished to your spec. Anodizing, powder coating, zinc, nickel and chrome plating, black oxide, passivation for stainless, bead-blast and brushed finishes, and heat treatment are all arranged through our partners. Most other finishes can be too — just ask. Finish affects price and lead time, so call it out on the drawing or tell us when you send it.

The more complete the package, the faster and tighter the quote.

- A 3D model if you have one (STEP works best)
- Quantity, and whether this is one-time or repeating
- A photo or sample of the existing part, if you're replacing one
- What the part is used for — it helps us get the quote right
